The Thrive Pod is our signature small home—an architecturally designed, high-performance minor dwelling that blends comfort, sustainability, and affordability. With a 70sqm net floor area, it includes two double bedrooms, a study nook, open plan kitchen/living and a loft—delivering smart, spacious living in a compact footprint.
Designed using the same principles as our bespoke homes, the Thrive Pod is crafted for warmth, health, and energy efficiency.

Building Consent Exemptions for Low-Risk Buildings (effective January 2026). This means that, in most cases, you won’t need to apply for building consent to install it on your property—saving you time, stress, and money.*
