Perched on a ridgeline in Melrose, Wellington, 106 metres above sea level, this development comprises three thoughtfully designed homes, each enjoying stunning ocean views. Two of the three homes are being designed to achieve Passive House certification, combining exceptional energy efficiency, year-round comfort and beautiful architectural design.
